Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Which course do I need?
If you have no experience, you need the Novice course. If you already operate but have no formal UK certificate, the Experienced Operator course is for you. If you’re certified on one truck but need another, that’s Conversion. To renew an existing certificate, book a Refresher.
What equipment categories do you cover?
We cover B1–B3 Counterbalance, D1–D2 Reach & Straddle, J2–J3 Telescopic Handlers, R1 EOTC Crane & Slinging, M1/M3 Multidirectional Trucks, G3 Container Handlers, and 3A Mobile Vertical Platforms. We are also certified in PUWER 1998 and LOLER compliance.
Do you come to our site?
Yes — we only offer on-site training. We come to your premises and train your operators on your equipment, in your working environment. This is the most effective form of training.
What certificate will delegates receive?
Successful candidates receive a certificate with their name — either in-house or AITT accredited depending on customer choice. Both are recognised by employers and HSE inspectors across the UK.
How much does our training cost?
We charge a daily rate per course — price depends on course type, equipment type and number of delegates. Contact us for a free no-obligation quote. We reply same day.
How many delegates can train at once?
We maintain a maximum ratio of 4 candidates per instructor to ensure every delegate receives the time and attention they need to succeed safely and confidently.
