What course types are available?
We provide novice training for complete beginners, experienced-operator assessment, conversion training for operators adding another truck category, and refresher training for existing certificate holders.
How long does forklift training take?
Course length depends on the operator’s experience and truck category. Typical routes are three to five days for novice training, one to three days for experienced operators, one to two days for conversion training and around one day for refresher training.
Are the courses recognised and compliant?
Courses are delivered by fully insured, AITT-accredited instructors and are designed in line with HSE L117 and PUWER requirements. Successful delegates receive operator certification for the assessed truck type.
How many delegates can train at once?
The course pages state a typical maximum ratio of up to three delegates per instructor. The final arrangement depends on the truck type, course route and conditions at your site.
